Rylee started this blog in 2009, in an attempt to encourage herself to write right around the time that she steam-rolled into the idea of getting a degree in creative writing. She went off to college about a year later, tripped head-first into pageants, finally found a passion for event planning, and did it all while consuming too many carbs. Now, she mostly focuses on finding her dream job, not spending every paycheck at on her dog, and working her way through adulthood.
